We are now open for routine dental appointments. However, our services continue to be limited due to social distancing measures, shielding of vulnerable patients and longer surgery deconamination procedures especially after work that involves the creation of an aerosol e.g. ultra-sonic scaling, fillings and crowns.
We will be contacting you shortly if your appointment was unfortunatley cancelled during lockdown. However, if you already have an appointment booked for October or November we may need to adjust it to allow for the extra cleaning time needed between patients.
If you are a patient and feel you have been missed or a patient who has been shielding or isolating but is now happy to attend please get in touch.

We have been working throughout this lockdown to implement measures required for the new way of working. We will have significantly reduced capacity in the short term as measures are put in place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Also a big thank you to Paul Malpass for 3D printing the custom fit frames to improve the fit of our fluid resistant surgical masks. If anyone is interested in having these frame made for themselves, please email the surgery and we will put you in touch. These items of PPE can be seen modelled by Charlotte on the picture below.
NHS patients please click the below button "NHS patients" for a short video produced by Public Health England regarding your treatment availability. Please be aware that we are currently prioritising those patients with urgent dental needs; it is therefore unlikely that routine dental care such as dental check-ups will be available for some time.
Until then, as throughout the lockdown, please do not come into the practice without prior appointment. We will still triage you by telephone. for advice, pain control and supply presciptions if needed.
If the telephone is busy during normal office hours, please leave a message at the end of the answer machine announcement. You must leave your name, contact number, name of your dentist and brief description of your problem. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Out of hours, evenings and weekend, please contact NHS 111 for severe dental emergencies. Denplan patients only can leave us a message on the answer machine and we will try and get back to you. However, if the emergency is severe please contact NHS 111 in the meantime.

Our latest delivery are 2 new aerosol removers! These are fitted with a multi-level filtration system (HEPA, High-fiber cotton filter, Activated carbon+KMnO4+Ceramsite filter+2nd HEPA 13), and UV C light. It traps viruses and germs ≥0.3 μm with over 99.97% efficiency, including mercury vapour (and coronavirus).
